Service Description
This intense 45-minute class focuses on the Annamaya kosha or our physical bodies. We warm up and get in tune with our bodies with a 10-minute vinyasa flow, followed by thirty minutes of intense interval training. This morning self-love routine ends with a 5-minute meditation to give our nervous systems, emotional layers, and bliss bodies some love and attention.
